Our maintenance services are operating as usual, with vendors adhering to the latest CDC recommended guidelines, including the use of masks and practicing social distancing when working within homes. Please note that when making a maintenance request, before scheduling a vendor, our maintenance staff may ask you a few simple questions to determine if our vendors can safely be in contact with your home. Your honest answers and transparency will help keep all associates safe at work.
If we determine that our service team cannot safely enter your home to conduct our usual property management services, we have other resources and partners to help complete emergency service requests as needed. If you have any concerns about health or safety, we ask that you please relay these concerns to our maintenance staff at the time of maintenance reporting.
